I use this product to make my yearly rock and rye.I like that I can buy it bulk.I used to be able to purchase from you the rock candy crystals with no strings. The crystals are much easier to use.

I cut the strings into smaller pieces and hung them from ribbon on a small tree for a dessert table. It was beautiful and tasty.

My Dutch grandmother used to have rock candy to use as sugar in her tea and we always had it as kids in our tea. I have good memories of dropping a nugget into my hot tea and watching it dissolve, it tasted really good that way. I will use it in my coffee, and as a sweet treat. I have given some away to friends and family to use the same way. Something different and special.
