I used these great sunflower seeds as a treat for a hospital foundation dance. Everyone loved the idea of something sweet, and healthy. I put them in netting (like rice at a wedding) and put in baskets on the tables. They were a hit! My granddaughter loves them- she's the one that came up with the idea (and, of course, had to sample).
