Rock Candy Crystals - Amber: 25LB Case

I've purchased this Amber Rock Candy for years. It's great for tea, etc. Please tell Richardson or Dryden & Palmer tjat they sjould put the loose crystals in a plastic bag before packingnit in their boxes. This way it wouldn't get caught in the folds of the box interior and would eliminate the crystals from being ground into powder.

I would call this product candied sugar, but the name does not effect the use or taste. It works as well as the candied sugar I used to buy in London and, occasionally when available, in the US. I use it in a blend of sugars for coffee and tea which includes the candied sugar, Demarera sugar, and pale Florida Crystals Natural sugar, so that we have a tri-colored blend. I guess it would not tast

I am planning a candy-theme party for my daughter, and will use the rock candy as a component in the centerpieces.
