I have a shaved Ice ..snow cone stand. We just sprinkle a small amount on any of the fruity flavors such as mango, passion fruit, pina colada, peach, pineapple etc..adds a tangy sweet flavor that is a big hit with the customers.

I ate this candy straight as a snack to keep my appetite down. Suprisingly good taste. The consistency took some getting used to because it's a powder. Good on select fruits.
