Guittard Melting Chocolate Apeels - White: 25LB Case

Great Product! Wish it was offered is smaller quantity than 25 pounds. I like to use several chocolates in my desserts but no way I could use a hundred pounds at a time.

Guittard is THE chocolate for candy making and eating. It is impossible to find in North Carolina where we moved a couple of years ago so I was happy to find 25 pound cases at Candy Warehouse. The white chocolate makes the most heavenly peppermint bark. The dark chocolate is fantastic for dipping Oreos, pretzels, making turtles, fudge, etc.

Excellent product for candy making. Perfect consistency when melted. Hardens quickly and maintains an attractive appearance. The best tasting dipping chocolate ever!
