Founded by two brothers, Boyer Candy Company began as a home-based family business during the depression and was the first confectioner to create candy in a cup! Located in Altoona, PA, this candy making firm began by producing homemade fudge and nut raisin clusters. After experimenting with marshmallows, the brothers came across an idea. Why not use cupcake papers to contain this new chocolate-covered treat? It was at that moment, Mallow Cups were born, and the rest, as they say, is sweet history! Boyer candies include vintage favorites like the Clark Bar, Jimmie Stix, as well as their own line of peanut butter cups, all of which are made using time-honored recipes and wholesome ingredients.
