I really like this product, but I found once the bottle is open the chips coagulate. I placed them in the freezer and that seems to take care of the problem.

Used the peppermint chips for a hot chocolate bar. It was a hit!

So easy to measure what you need. No more pounding whole candy canes with a hammer to get crushed peppermint. Will always make sure I have plenty of this product before the holidays.

We ordered the crushed peppermint chips. They make a great dessert with vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup on top and then a sprinkle of crushed peppermint chips. YUM! We tried them for dessert last Christmas and the whole family wanted to know where to get the chips. Glad we could get them from you. We're giving them this Christmas as stocking stuffers.
