Reese's White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups Miniatures: 12-Ounce Bag
The original chocolate covered peanut butter cup was created in 1928 by dairy farmer H.B. Reese, who had been working as a shipping foreman for Milton Hershey, the founder of The Hershey Chocolate Company. After being inspired by all of the sweetness Mr. Hershey had created for the candy industry, Reese quit farming to start up his own confection company, and he began churning out Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups from the basement of his home in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
Reese’s delightful treats became a quick candy favorite -- so much so that he actually quit the rest of his sweet ventures to concentrate solely upon this confection. Since the first appearance of the peanut butter cup all those decades ago, many variations upon the original version have been made, including these delectable bite-size (or, as we prefer to call them, "two-bite-size") treats. Showered with decadent white chocolate, these unique Reese’s cups may be miniature in size, but they’re extravagant in taste. For the love of all things peanut butter, don’t hesitate to indulge in one or two… or five!
